JENNIFER HARRINGTON, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jennifer Harrington is an experienced executive leader with a deep passion for public health and making a positive impact on communities. With a background as a respiratory therapist at the bedside, she transitioned into healthcare administration, utilizing her skills to drive positive change. As the CEO/Executive Director of the San Francisco Public Health Foundation, Jennifer leads a team in promoting public health initiatives and fostering collaboration. She is known for building relationships, utilizing data for decision-making, and driving strategic initiatives. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration and has a strong commitment to nonprofit management and community well-being.
ANASTASIJA PETROSOVA, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Anastasija Petrosova is the Finance Project Manager at the San Francisco Public Health Foundation. She holds an MBA from RISEBA, Latvia with continuing education in Project Management and Financial Accounting from UC Berkeley. Prior to working at the Foundation, Anastasija carried out responsibilities in membership and finance at various non-profit organizations in SF Bay Area. Anastasija joined the foundation in 2013.
KITTY THORNTON, PROGRAM COORDINATOR
LAURA CAMPOS, PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Laura Campos is a Program Coordinator at the San Francisco Public Health Foundation. There she provides technical assistance and grant-related support to subcontractors and consultants of the San Francisco Department of Public Health, including Food Security, Environmental Justice, and Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response programs. Laura holds a BS in Nutritional Sciences from UC Berkeley and an MPH from Northern Illinois University. Prior to working at the Foundation, Laura worked for the San Francisco Department of Public Health’s Feeling Good Project, where she provided nutrition education and resources to community residents and helped lead community assessments of the food retail environment. Laura joined the Foundation in 2019.
JEHN MIKALACKI, STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Jehn has a fierce passion for nonprofit advocacy. Her journey began as head technician at a local nonprofit animal hospital. From there she jumped back into her previous career of accounting at national nonprofit interscholastic cycling organization. Joining the Foundation as Staff Accountant in 2020, she brings over 15 years of accounting experience to the table, along with a side dish of photography and a registered veterinary technician license. Jehn is excited to share her heart and compassion with the SFPHF team in advocating for the underserved population of San Francisco.
