Adult Immunization and Travel Clinic

AITC was founded in 1999 to ensure that adults had access to vaccinations. Within a year AITC expanded to become a full-service travel medicine provider, offering vaccinations, anti-malaria medications and health advice for international travelers. Health At Home

Health at Home is the home health agency of the San Francisco Health Network. We are committed to promoting the health and independence of our homebound clients.  We are specializing in multilingual, culturally sensitive and multidisciplinary home health services.  We strongly support the continuity of care between primary care, hospital stay, and discharge to the home.  We are a Licensed Home Health Agency and MediCare and MediCal certified.  Health at Home’s experienced and caring health professionals include registered nurses, medical social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and home health aides.  They provide a wide range of skilled home health services to complement specialty and primary care. Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center
